The Pearland Surgery Center is now open. It’s the first 100% physician-owned, state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center in Pearland. Strategically positioned on a major boulevard and easily accessible from Beltway 8 and Hwy. 288 and located less than two miles from the future Memorial and HCA hospital sites, it is an attractive option for people in the Medical Center, Memorial Hermann Southeast Campus, Sugarland and Missouri City.
 

The Center is carefully designed to focus on Orthopedic Surgery, ENT, Spine Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Pain Management, Podiatry and GI Endoscopy. This 13,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art ASC is located on the ground floor of a three-story medical office complex. This attractive building is designed by a nationally known architect and has two main operating rooms (one is spine-ready) and three minor ORs/procedure rooms with provision (already incorporated) for expansion in the future. It is situated on a large five-acre tract with ample parking and office space available on the second and third floors.
